Compact grease separator pursuant to DIN EN 1825-1/ DIN 4040-1 made of stainless steel. 1.4301 for stationary dishwashing operations, with integrated sludge trap, lid with quick-action closures, includes ball valve for draining the container, ideal for use in food business where a stationary approval is required, installation in frost-protected rooms, incl. sampling tube.
